Filing articles of incorporation takes about 10 minutes and even a customized operating agreement/by-laws for a small company shouldn’t run you more than a few hundred dollars. If you’re running the business by yourself you should honestly be able to incorporate for under 300 including filing fees.

Sorry, any incorporation less than $500 would make me worry. I spent $1200 first time around, though I know now that\’s a bit much. $700-800 is decent. Maybe you could put new colors on website for $100, but to make a complete redesign, that seems like it would be at least $500 as well.
